How To Reach Us
Calling gets the quickest answer. Call (647) 370-3513 during the day, or leave a message after hours and we will call back. For work that is not urgent, the online form works well. Add a few photos if you can, and we will reply with a time for a visit.
What Should I Have Ready?
It helps to know your address, which trees you are worried about and what is bothering you about them. Photos of the tree, the roof nearby and any broken limbs are very useful. If you already know the tree is large, the width of the trunk at chest height helps us tell you about permits.
What Happens Once I Reach Out?
We call or write back to set a time. At the house, you show us around and we study every tree you mention, roof side first. A written quote follows, usually the same day. When you approve it, a crew date gets pencilled in around your week.
What About A Tree Tangled In Power Lines?
Stay at least 33 feet from a tree lying on a wire. Toronto Hydro must de-energize it first. After their crew leaves, ours can take the tree apart.
